MillenniOld: Keeping the New Generation of Middle-Aged Homeowners from Killing Off the HOA

Will Millennials would essentially "kill off" the HOA industry as we know it - just like this generation did with MLMs and napkins? The tone of the whitepaper was to be inspiring and educational with a sassy edge. Design is inspired by the short-lived series "Odd Mom Out" on Bravo TV to bring about the traditional elements one thinks of when considering a Millennial aging out of hipster-fandom and into true adulthood.
